To switch from Google Sign-In to using a password login for your Webflow account—but you don't have a current password set—you need to create one by resetting it.
1. Log Out of Webflow
- If you're currently signed in using Google, sign out of your Webflow account first.
- Go to the Webflow login page.
2. Use "Forgot Password" to Set a Password
- On the login page, click "Forgot password?" below the password field.
- Enter the same email address associated with your Google account.
- Webflow will send a password reset email to that address.
3. Create a New Password
- Open the password reset email from Webflow.
- Click the link and create a new password.
- This will now set a password for your existing account, even if it was originally authenticated through Google.
4. Log In with Your Email and New Password
- Go back to the Webflow login page.
- Enter your email and new password (instead of clicking "Continue with Google").
- You will now be signed in using your password.
Summary
To stop using Google Sign-In on Webflow, log out, use the "Forgot password?" option to set a new password for your account, and then use your email and password to sign in going forward.
